Free information no longer exists in the post apocalyptic world. The survivors are unaware that the ruling class controls the narrative.

I create a communication station using 1/72nd scale shipping containers.

As much as I'm a fan of the dystopian genre, I hope it never comes to fruition. Do you have scene you're wanted to see built into a diorama?

The Last of Us 2 turned an american football stadium into a militia base with living spaces, cabins with beds, and a farm on the field. Today, the old stadium of Arsenal Football Club (Highbury) is now an apartment complex. It would be awesome to see a diorama depicting a football stadium transformed into a fortified community in a post-apocalyptic setting.

In our world, communications are also controlled by the ruling class. Great build!

I thought this was going to turn into the best VPN ad of all time

This is incredible! Not just the individual elements and their composition brought together by your finishing skills, but also the 21st Century method of constructing this scene using computers, 3D Printers, and laser cutters/engravers; tools that when I first started model building in the mid-1960's would have been seen as fantastic as anything on "Star Trek." Thanks for sharing this with us! 199th like.

I like it. It's nice to see something post-apocalyptic that isn't utterly filthy and decayed. Your survivors know how to use mops and brooms and toothbrushes and such. Minor quibble: a dish that communicates with geostationary comms satellites looks into roughly the same part of the sky, and doesn't need all that articulation. Your dish looks a bit more general-purpose to me and therefore ought to have an uninterrupted view of the horizon.

Mate, that is awesome! Really love it! I love the containers. I'm planning something similar but in 1/35 scale.
  • With this build, I'm a new subscriber! Seriously considering learning 3D printing.

First time watcher, great job! Will definitely watch more. One suggestion for the ladder...adding vertical supports would make it sturdier and is often seen in those kind ladder cages. 🎉
