  • Free TAB, pay what you want: bit.ly/2YUndtA Trying something new here for a change. Please let me know if you want more of that and what else you want to see. Suggestions on how to improve this format are highly welcome! Stay safe ya'll! P.S.: Regarding Lick #2, the TAB is correct in regards to the original performance. My memory of it was slightly different so I play a variation on it in the lesson video. Both ways work great and are worth learning.

Martin i have no words for this gift you are offering us. Thank you so very very much.
  • @gibsonguy5240
This guy plays so fast and so clean and makes it look so easy. On top of all this he has a great singing voice
  • @MrNeilfatmonkey
Oh my god it’s so nice to hear someone who doesn’t have a tonne of delay on every note. Thank you for this lesson video; you’re an amazing teacher.
  • @MrLeoMalmsteen
This guy teach me how to REALLY learn and use the CAGED system! In only 2 months I was able to play all the stuff I was playing before but really seeing what I was doing in every single note. Amazing material from JTC. Thanks Martin!

This is so generous of you to offer this free tutorial (but rest assured i will be donating 👍). Still Got, with uou and Andy Timmons, is one of my all time favourites of your sessions. The two of you complement one another so well - and the duetting towards the end is just superb. Thanks for all give to the guitar community.
  • @amdsixtyfour
yes yes yes yes yes on the intervallic structures vs tab/notes. Super helpful thank you so much Martin

The information you offer in this lesson is very valuable, thank you, Martin!
  • This was great!!! Mr. Miller you are a fantastic teacher. Please do more lessons like this. I love how you go over how each lick relates to the harmonies playing under it. I got a chance to meet Andy Timmons, and one of the things I told him was how amazing I thought your guys’ cover of Still Got the Blues was! Every person in the room that day made Gary Moore proud, and this wonderful lesson that you created for us from that day only adds to the magic. Thanks again and stay safe!

Martin, congratulations! You are an amazing musician but also a great teacher. I hope you keep uploading these kind of videos! You inspire many of us to keep practicing the guitar. Cheers.

That Andy Timmins sessions is still one of my most favourite. I always revisit that little accented run he does just near the end of the intro to Electric Gypsy. Thanks Martin, love the content as always.

Thanks Martin! I'm a huge fan of your music and the amazing ensemble of musicians you've gathered for the studio sessions, what an awesome idea, so entertaining. Thanks again!
  • @maximio212
What an awesome player and a gentleman to give us such an invaluable insight. Great licks
  • @nickcormier
This was awesome! I really like how you break down each section.. it's refreshing hearing someone talk about the theory behind their licks, not just showing you how to play them.
  • Outstanding playing Martin and some really good explanation of the harmonic context. This is so much more valuable than just demonstrating licks without the explanation why they sound the way they sound! Thx Martin!! Awesome tutorial.
  • @randypaladino
Love your playing, love the band! You guys are so polished! Thanks for the music, your videos are always on my playlist!
  • @gjtube37
