I think it not unreasonable, perhaps, to say that our relationship began under “inauspicious” conditions. I was reluctant at length to express my feelings because of the social drama that I knew would ensue, but eventually, it just needed to be said: I’m yours.

The vocals are mine, the song is Jason Mraz’s, and the guitar line was taken from an album of acoustic guitar karaoke tracks by Kris Farrow.
