Kingdom Come: Deliverance easy hand to hand Leveling

Important you need Strength level 4 perk 'Clinch Master'

This works by spamming RB (xb1), R1(Ps4) or Right-Click {RMB}(PC). Walk forward continually while you spam that button and keep closing the distance. If you're far away run toward Bernard by holding B(xb1), O(PS4) or Shift key(PC).

Captain Bernard does not show up for training at Rattay until you finish the 9th main quest 'Ginger in a Pickle' You have to find and deal with Ginger and report back to Bernard and SIR RADZIG in Neuhof. After this you can quick travel to Rattay and wait 24hrs at the east gate and Captain Bernard will be leaning against a fence post near a square fenced-in practice arena directly outside of the east gate after 10am til around 5pm. This is more for early game as you can train hand to hand if you make a barracks later on in the story.

Forgot to mention in the description, you also want Chain Strike the warfare perk. Build up your chain with clinch master knees to the head then punch him to gain exp quickly. This cheese is basically a stun lock I found.

This works by spamming RB (xb1), R1(Ps4) or Right-Click {RMB}(PC). Walk forward continually while you spam that button and keep closing the distance. If you're far away run toward Bernard by holding B(xb1), O(PS4) or Shift key(PC). If you just punch Bernard he will lose HP quickly and forfeit so it's not very effective for grinding Hand-to-Hand exp. Also if you choose practice weapons instead of real weapons you'll gain significantly less exp per fight. The Knee to the forehead clinch move gains small amounts of exp but since it does no damage you can do it endlessly and throw in a few punches gaining exp the whole time. After a certain level I'm unsure when these knees seem to give almost no exp, but I got to level 12 in H2H doing this. Strength level 4 perk 'Clinch Master' is important to have because otherwise you'll likely lose most clinches. Bernard is cake once you adapt to him (or at least have higher vitality) and fortunately after practicing weapons with him for a little while you'll be able to destroy almost every opponent in the game save a few. Master Strike is so overpowered once you figure out the timing, honestly you can kinda just early-press or pseudo-spam LB(xb1), L1(Ps4) or Q(PC) to get master strikes, but what I do is instead of looking at the center crosshair dot, I widen my focus to my peripheral at the opponents shoulders and arms because they'll move first during an attack. This is actually like real life, boxers don't look at the opponents fist they use their peripheral vision to notice body movement while they keep their eyes trained on the target they want to hit. Hope this helps someone, cheers!

2:40 If you pick 'Training' > 'I'd like to learn combos.' Your health is restored!! However if you chose train with real weapons your armor and weapons lose durability. So before you do hand-to hand remove all your gear. With real weapon training I suggest leaving it on then fixing it yourself with kits and the grind wheel to level up maintenance, etc...
