I love how all the Mandalorians welcomed Bo Katan to the creed. They know how badass she is.

I agree with everything you’re saying. I don’t think Bo’s fully embraced the way, but it makes sense for her to join them right now while she finds her footing and decides what to do next. I hope they all fight the pirates next episode. I also think she and the armorer will have ideological differences initially. I also agree with your reasoning for why she didn’t tell anyone about the mithosaur. Dave said Grogu would speak soon though, so I expect we’ll get his first word this season.

I’m shocked Katie’s palace did not have some kind of defense system… You could foresee that the Mandalorian palace would be attacked how is there not some kind of automatic self-defense system?

I thought that when Grogu was gurgling after Din and Bo both said "this is the way", I thought Grogu was doing his own "this is the way".

I think maybe Elia Kane is actually trying to wipe Pershing's memory so they can recruit him "fresh" later one with no memory of his regrets with the empire. He would continue his research, maybe not even knowing it's his. At the same time, Elia gets promoted to be closer to where Moff Gideon is being held. Win-win.

I agree that the Tie Interceptors and Bombers are from Thrawn's fleet. The ambush from the clouds is a call back to Thrawn's tactics from Rebels season 4 episode 9 (the second wave ambush). Overall I think the scene was very well done.

I do think that the season 3 villain will be Thrawn. The reason for that is that he was namedropped last season by Ahsoka, and then last episode, Bo-Katan did say "those are a lot of fighters for a warlord" giving the impression that whoever commands these imperials is likely a bigger figure.

The Mandalorians are clearly dropping from Bo Katan's ship onto Navarro - we see the city from above as they are dropping. In the scene where we see the Babu Frik people getting frightened by a body dropping in front of them, it's clearly one of the pirates from Episode 1 and it's pretty clear from the direction of his body falling that he's been hit by a Mandalorian grappling hook (i.e. the scene where we see a Mandalorian firing a grappling hook at someone is probably that pirate). The Mandalorians pretty cleraly appear to be trying to save Navarro from a pirate attack after Mando and Greef's interactions with the pirates in Episode 1. This is really noteworthy. The earlier flying across rock faces scene appears to be training on using the jet packs, probably for the new members of the Armourer's covert. Remember in Book of Boba Fett there were only 2 of them left (3 now including Mando). I suspect we're going to find out how poorly trained the rest of them are Mando is seen flying his N1 away from TIE Interceptors. The Empire are clearly taking an interest in these Mandalorians. This is on Bo Katan's planet. Clearly Mando is going back there for something..? No need for the Armourer to be related to Bo Katan to know her. She could have been one of the Deathwatch under Paz Vizsla and known Bo Katan from there. Given Bo Katan's betrayal of Maul after he defeats Paz Vizsla this would explain their animosity as well. Right now... well I'd say the Armourer understands that with a novice covert she can use any experienced help she can justify taking.

Regarding the episode 4 scenes I don’t think the Watch would be attacking Navarro!! I bet after episode 1 the pirates retaliated, and attacked the city and possibly Djin picked up a call from his friend so they go in to help!! Especially since the planet would definitely be a safe haven for Mandalorian’s

Charlie, I appreciate that in your videos about The Mandalorian you never fail to mention that Mandalorians can indeed remove their helmet when they're "getting it on".

Mandalorians should just keep their helmets on in public but should be able to take them off around just each other and trusted friends and allies. Maybe Bo and the armorer can come to some compromise in this regard.

The best bit was when Grogu said (or gurgled out) "This is the way". His first words really couldn't be anything but these words really 😅

When grogu gurgled in that scene on the ship my first thought was, he just tried to say "this is the way" maybe im hearing things but he's heard Mando say it so much and both he and Bo had just said it to each other with grogu responding also

I'm hoping that the next episode concentrates more on Mando and Grogu than on Pershing. It was frustrating to me to spend so much time with him and Shadey Gideon comm officer when it was predictable that she was egging Pershing on and and setting him up when I wanted to follow Mando and Bo-Katan to the covert. I know the Pershing subplot was set up for future developments but oh so frustrating.
