cecilia was a stray separated from his family early in life. as a youngling, she taught herself how to hunt to get by, though sometimes she could charm her way into receiving humans’ scraps. when he came across the barn he lives in now, he discovered the owners’ young children who adored him [and are the source of the shawl he wears now, something that took getting used to but he decided not to fight, as it made him feel pretty.] before she knew it, she had a reliable source of food in exchange for a job she knew how to do very well, and her curious nature was sated by the large amount of land she had at her paws to explore— including meeting all of the strange creatures living there too. not a bad life, cecilia supposes, but as his time there grows longer he starts to yearn for more adventure.

cecilia is an open-minded, polite cat who loves meeting new people. she turns up the charm at almost all times and can be described as “extravagant,” in the way she talks, moves, and thinks. he has a playful personality alongside that, though that sometimes falls when he’s wronged into pettiness and immaturity. she also tends to be quite unorganized. he’s a very curious cat who tries to discover new things all the time, including swapping as much information with others as possible, but it sometimes causes him to be pushy as he has a hard time backing down from his interests.

an extremely dedicated and capable cat when she’s got a job to attend to, cecilia takes any task she’s assigned to very seriously. his mind may begin to drift after a while or he may face some difficulties, but through come hell or high water he’ll stick to it until he knows he’s done [and at the best possibly quality]. her passion shines through in this way, though it also affects other areas of her life— it’s obvious her passion for learning, or in the way she interacts with those she cares deeply for. it also sometimes drives him to be idealistic, dreaming of what he would consider to be the best possible life and circumstances even though they may be largely unrealistic.
