For those asking why we didn’t get chicken, lol there is no way Olivia could have eaten it and I was catering to her needs. So no chicken. The kids loved their dinner and went to bed full. 👍🏻

I have to tell you, I think every single one of your kids received multiple positive affirmations in this video throughout the course of one day. I don’t think we as parents can even fully comprehend how important that really is. You two are doing a great job!

I’ve had my braces for 5 years now and honestly the best advice is whenever you get them tightened or sortve adjusted Soft foods for like 2-3 days like jelly and mash potato really help! That uncomfortable feeling WILL go away I promise haha 🤍🤍 Bonjella is also a live saver for ulcers in your mouth from the brackets! They look so good! Xx
