I watched the 2012 edition and a year after this was uploaded, I found what I was looking for.

It is simply jaw-dropping stuff...hats off OBS for the extremely moving, heart touching content that is of the highest quality and proffessionalism imaginable

I met a person who organized the Beijing IBC and told me it’s a huge undertaking. The host convention center is gutted out a few months in advance so twenty broadcasters can build television studios and offices for a three-week telecast. In Beijing, organizers also constructed a towering pagoda housing the Chinese, British, Canadian, French, and Mexican rights holders, offering backdrop views of the Olympic Park. NBC is housing the international broadcasters at Universal Studios backlot when the U.S. hosts the L.A. Olympics in 2028.
