    The search for truth is complex, fascinating and multi-faceted. People who value truth in pursuit of the common good and embrace it and debate it as a collective whole without ego, should not think they have a right to make others with different tendencies to feel affronted and vulnerable./Truth needs to be communicated and digested in a way that's as powerful as a sword but as sensitive and gentle as a feather making those who think differently( or choose not to think) feel safe and loved. Only then will they listen and not lynch you with a re-action that far far exceeds the unwitting crime of insensitivity that you might have imposed on them.

    That's what happened to me in a big corporate business as they are wearing a mask. All major managers and roll player's, all wear the same mask and a lot is hidden to the community.
