The way Vessel sings "my arms belong around you." Holy shit. I could fill books with the emotions that line inspires in me. Their fucking lyrics are always on point. So much desperation. So much hunger and thirst. That one line is ingrained in my head now. What better way is there to say "I love you, I need you, please have me." Beautiful.

Ran into this song in the middle of a rough divorce with my ex. We were barely speaking 'cause she needed space. I used to just watch her, doing her thing while I had 'The Offering' on loop. That line "my arms belong around you" got me choked up every time. In the end, the divorce still happened. But now, this song's a reminder to really cherish every loving moment – you never know when it might be the last. This song's got a special place in my heart...Thanks Sleep Token!
