Seeing the birds flying around filled me with hopeππΎ I pray that help arrives quickly. We are stronger as One Caribbean and we will be there to support everyone in need. Prayers from Dominica/Toronto π©π²π¨π¦

The struggle has just begun. Saying a prayer. I lived through this before. It brings out the best and worst in people.

Thank you Sir for allowing us Grenadians abroad to witness the destruction of this horrible hurricane. We really appreciate you and your colleague Jonathan for your kindness and generosity. Sending love and prayers to everyone affected and to let you all know we are with you in this. ππ½ππ½

Looks horrible but hearing such a minimal amount of life has been lost is the only comforting thing about watching this devestation. My prayers are with all of you. God bless!

Heartbreaking to see so much devastation. Thank you for documenting this. (There is a typo in your title, btw. Want to make sure Carriacou is spelled right so people searching for it find this video!)
-
This looks more like an F4 tornado than it does a hurricane. My god!
-

:hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving:@ 6:19 time stamp, This is the town of Windward on Carriacou Island and is on the windward side of the island. Why I know, I rented the Yellow House about ten years ago and it is still standing, impressive. :hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving:

Like in Hurricane Andrew, you can tell the height of the tidal surge by where the boats now rest onshore. I saw many scary things in Miami, with Very Large boats, inland where they should not have been. It is sad to see idyllic beauty be flattened by a hurricane. My thought go out to all of you on the island(s). I know what a slog the rebuild will be like. Know we are thinking about you today.

Thank you for filming the island. Would you please drone the area from Bogles , Craigston and going into Hillsborogh?
-
A few homes look almost unscathed.
