  • I love how she gently and knowledgeably explains how foods affect how the brain works ❤️❤️❤️
  • I really feared my brain fog issues. So I started MCT oil and magnesium tablets daily. My brain started noticeably clearing up. Now I began the carnivore diet and in less than 2 weeks my brain fog is gone but still short term memory loss. Cannot wait to see if my short term memory comes back after 6 months or a year on carnivore diet. Loves you, Dr Ede for all your information! ❤

After almost six years of a strict vegan diet, not eating vegan junk food, daily fruit smoothies with massive spirulina, etc., I found myself in a deep dark depression with suicidal thoughts and one attempt.I quit vegan diet and slowly improved. However it wasn't until I started eating a carnivore diet that my depression completely disappeared.

FINALY a diet expert that can read and think critically !! Modified keto saved my life and that with fasting reversed my age
  • @summerwinter4
I just finished watching a video with Dr. Shawn Baker & guest, Valerie, she cured herself of a 40 year battle with anorexia & mental illness with a carnivore diet! It was fascinating!
  • I love this woman! She’s a gift and blessing to the world!! 💪🏻🧠💝
  • Carnivore diet slowing brain tumours. Stopped gerds, reversed my type 2. Mental health is better now less brain fog and fatigue. Prolonging my prognosis. AS symptoms reduced.

Excellent podcast with Dr. Ede she is fabulous in explaining the role of nutrition and mental health, great suggestion for all concern.
  • What is surprising is that people will mistrust an idea that has zero cost and can be done by anyone yet will blindly trust a solution that requires them to buy something! Snake oil has never been free so if something free makes you feel better, it is unlikely to be snake oil!! It’s simple enough to see if reducing carbs lowers glucose. For mental health, if cutting carbs makes you feel in any way better, then surely it’s a ‘no brainer’ (pardon the pun). Why wouldn’t you lower the carbs even further? Perhaps you’ll feel better still!
  • Been on keto a week n my brain is alive again!! Feel fog has lifted and I feel more energised! Yay!!

The whole world should hear this interview especially vegan pregnant women before there's a disaster.

Several months ago I told my therapist that I changed my diet and was starting to feel better … she seemed skeptical… after a little more conversation, I asked her what she ate on a daily basis. She looked at me quizzically… and said hmm.. I never thought to ask about that. Me neither… until now…

What a charming and insightful lady.

100 years ago sugar which was expensive and in short supply was deregulated in America, the price fell through the floor as the market was flooded with sugar, no coincidence that our health and well being has been in decline since. Cheap sugar was manna from heaven for the food industry. As Dr. Ede stated our health started to become worse over the last 100 years, the correlation is the deregulation of sugar. Things always happen for a reason. Keep up the good work.

Listening to this woman speak has given me the final piece of the puzzle for me. Thank you so much I honestly can't thank you enough. God bless you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
  • The other day I watched an episode of Four Corners called 'The Kids Who Can't Go to School' which is about the huge problem of school refusal. I had similar problems with my two boys about twenty years ago. All through the program I was thinking that we wouldn't have these problems if people knew how bad the food most of us eat really is. I had a hard time trying to work out what foods were affecting my boys and wish this information was available then.
  • Brilliant guest, brilliant interviewer, brilliant questions. Brilliant!! Many thanks 🙏 👍
  • @marktaylor3047
Thanks to Georgia i feel genuinely hopeful for the first time in a long time. thank you!
  • So glad this information is becoming more and more popular. There is a long way to go yet before the general public understands fat and the brain.
