I knew Inoue was fast, I knew he was technical, but now I know it's his heart for fighting that wins him titles.

The fight itself doesn’t do justice for the amount of tension built up beforehand. The tournament, the history, and then the fight? One of the best moments in boxing history. I watched this on a bike at the gym at 5am. Wincing, gasping, cussing, I’m sure I looked like a complete psychopath lol. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that uneasy as I did during the 11th, yelling out for Donaire to survive. Man, props to those guys. That is one of the best fights of all time, one I’ll never forget. Thank you to both of them🙏🏼

That left hook from Donaire in the 2nd round fractured Inoues face. Seeing double and blood coming from the eye and nose. Amazing he was able to keep his composure and win the fight.

When the announcement was going on, the audience were completely quiet. Japanese people are really respectful and it's amazing to watch.

I would like to thank Inoue's corner for their top-notch cutmanship that allowed us to witness the entire length of this great fight.

This is one of the best fights I have ever seen. It´s got everything, fast-paced action, two great fighters, but what I personally admire most is great sportsmanship between these two. Amazing stuff.

The monster showed guts in this fight. Hanging in there after getting hurt so early. Every fighter needs to experience adversity like this to get to the next level
