Mark is such a genuine guy. Had the pleasure of working under his command a few times and spent many an hours sat around with him having a laugh and a chat. Just a great down to earth guy who is always willing to have a chat about his job

It was great to see Mark Langston again after all these years, we actually worked together on the Electricity Board and I went on a flight with him just after he got his PPL. great to see how well he has got on and I knew he would do well.

You also seem to have a genuine interest in doing the extra work to minimize risk from unforeseen events. Those two things make you a hefty cut above most others. A really good watch and very informative about a captain’s job. Captain Mark used the words a lovely Bloke many times about other people but I thinks it applies to him as well .

I could sit here all day and listen to the pilots stories, super chat you two, and also Andy doing a sterling job as always. Flew in August this year on the TUI 787 and had a cockpit visit when we returned to Manchester, the skipper also mentioned he flew the 767 before the 787 and he said it was a wonderful pilots aircraft to hand fly, he liked the 787 but mentioned that the onboard computer system were good but very slow to respond but get there in there own time.

Absolutely loved this podcast. Captain Mark is a loveable guy. Says it how it is and makes a change from the usual things pilots say. Great interviewer also.
