Some Tweet or behind the news nonsense is always the biggest deal. I feel like only in recent years did drama/controversey become the primary NBA topic, and a few years ago most fans only cared about the games, not drama

With the amount of money he was making nba last thing they wanted was him to retire. His father always wanted him to pursuit baseball as he had played when he was a kid. He wanted to see if he could excel at high level. He played 127 games and was grinding on road he was making an honest effort at it. Made great improvements but obviously wasn’t going to be top player in mlb so he went back to Nba.
