Honyaki Yanagiba's life has come to an end. In the video, we worked on modifying the knife so that it could be used together again for a longer period of time. The work, including remodeling, polishing, and handle production, was made into a video.

The Knife Repair channel is a channel that guides everyone who uses knives for cooking from knife care to knife sharpening, and helps you sharpen and clean knives that need repair so that they can be used again.

    칼주인분도 대단하신게 저렇게까지 얇게 갈 수 있는지 첨 알았습니다 면도날 보다 얇아 보이네요 그래도 멋진 요리를 위해서 열심히 간 것 같은데 결과물이 안타까워서 많이 속상하시겠어요 저도 칼 갈아보려고 하는데 너무 얇게 갈면 안된다는 것을 이 영상으로 배웠네요 날이 좀 두꺼워도 신문은 베어지길래 그냥 쓰고 있었는데 뭔가 재료가 날에 썰린다기 보다 톱에 썰리는 느낌이라 갈려고 하는데 영상 참고해서 갈아보겠습니다 엄청 날카롭고 거울처럼 보이게 갈건 아니고 스크래치가 좀 남더라도 쓸만하다는 생각이 들 정도까지 갈아보려고 합니다 영상 재밌게 봤습니다
