Adi Shankaracharya was, without a doubt, one of the greatest philosopher India had ever produced. But his distortion of Buddhism and its assimilation in Hinduism fastened the decline of Buddhism in its homeland. Had Buddhism been alive and thriving in India, caste system and hardcore hindutva would have been challenged and fascist RSS wouldn't be able to lifts its head above water.

Plzzz don't speak on food habits,becoz beef was banned by Congress even before the bjp was born,so don't accuse them as divisive,the Indian Constitution has cow protection in the state's directive principles...it's a diff matter,that I don't agree with it,but a single party or person shouldn't be accused
