Mahungela 'forced' to wear Kluyts' clothes for docket photographs

The man accused of murdering 34-year-old English teacher Kirsten
Kluyts was allegedly forced to wear her clothes for case docket
photographs.

This emerged in the Alexandra Magistrate's Court where Bafana
Mahungela's defence lodged another bail application based on new
evidence.

The accused now faces five charges, including kidnapping, robbery,
murder, attempted rape and obstructing the course of justice.

    It was not as if he had never put on those clothes, the lawyer speaks as if it was torture. How can he be traumatized by being asked to wear them again when he stripped a dead person and wore her clothes

  • Apparently there were 3 Kluts who died on the same day on different hours according to the forensic video footage recordings. The Court IT specialist confirmed. Some of the media houses have decided to abandon the course, due to lawsuit coming.
