    Never be insecure about your body, everybody. Obviously, you should stay as physically healthy as possible, but you shouldn't care about what other people in public think of your body. It's not worth wasting your energy on people you are likely never going to see more than once in your life. It's easier said than done, but don't be embarrassed by your appearance no matter how you look. Having that kind of obsession is not good for you mentally because it can lead to a physical health issue.

    I remember that episode, just like Kimberly on "Different Strokes" and Tracy Gold on one of those After School Specials. Yeah the late 80s early 90s really sucked being girl. The pressure to look a certain way made us do a lot of things that would or could destroy us from the inside out to be "PERFECT " mom's shoving Dexatrim and other drugs to try and keep us thin
