Susur's a real gentleman. Never trashed the food but only gave his honest critique.
  • @davidjrae
I appreciated how sensitive the dad was. Like he understood why people go to fast food and he didn't disparage people for going to fast food. Then he framed his reviews in regards to other fast food. You add to it that he is doing all of this for his son's benefit coming in with an energy of good faith. It is evidence of a loving, empathetic father and that is fantastic. This made me subscribe.

One of the best parts of these videos, is that this lad is spending quality time with his dad.
  • @qrispy6625
I love the wholesomeness of son and dad just spending quality time together. I wish every dad is this chill and comforting to their kids <3

Iron Chef Dad talking about mexican food makes me have much respect about the way he conduces himself very polite and proper, such a role model. Iron Chef Dad is awesome

As a Hispanic individual, the way your dad described ceviche brought a tear to my eye. That man has great taste. 👏👏

It's really wonderful to come across people who freely share valuable information online. You never know what kind of knowledge you might stumble upon that could have a lasting impact on your life.

Your Father is 100% correct when it come to KFC. When KFC was Kentucky Fried Chicken (back in the 70 and 80's) The chicken was seasoned. Well seasoned and they changed the oil more frequently.

Love an Iron Chef who is gracious enough to review fast food without ripping it to shreds. Class act.
  • @WaltDittrich
What I truly loved about this video is he was candid and not "stuck up". He generally enjoyed most all of the food and said so. I expected an "Iron Chef" to be snooty and this food beneath him. That didn't happen at all. Wonderful!

Lost my dad when was 17 ,loved him so much ,we only started to become friends more then father-son. So jealous in a good way for your relationship, you guys make me smile and a warm feeling in heart. Keep on this great content!
  • @wds525
There's not a sign of arrogance from you, especially considering how wonderful of a chef you are. Not a sign of pedantism. Always so kind and correct. Unlike so many others who don't have 10% of your value. You're such a star, Chef. Love from Portugal. ♥
  • @JT-ok6re
Your dad has been very generous with his scoring! To get your father to eat fast food being a culinary genius. I feel it's amazing of him to participate in this.
  • @sophsdtr
"no fresh lemon in there, son, only very dead lemon!" Lol ❤️
  • @yagirlelz
When your dad lost it at you saying "baconator," lmaooooo. I love these videos!
  • Susur is a class act. Honest opinion of ingredients based on it being “fast food”. Of course none of these would compare to a gourmet meal he would make. Love that he puts it in perspective.
  • @calebseekins8499
It's pretty rare to see someone so open and honest -- he's not trying to promote hype or ridicule the food, he's simply stating the facts. Also kinda happy he rated Wendy's and Chick-fil-A so high because they're the only fast-food joints I visit occasionally.
  • @steveg832
The editing is great. Susur is a legend. Love that he's being curious, honest and fair with his critique.
  • @BtheLee11
i like how much your dad knows about the authentic versions of each of the fast foods and has at least tried or knows about them. Which is cool cuz he has something to reference them against. What a cultured dude
