I recently got that same setup. And I love it. Made my vaping experience sooo much better!

This is the same set up I just got. It works great, very happy with it
  • I did the same. I started with a small disposable tank, and a few cheap batteries. Then I moved up to the Kanger tech pen style, and just kept moving up the kanger tech line for the most part (with the tanks at least). For 18 months I was getting something new every 3 months or so. I've had the iStick 50w and the Kanger Subtank Mini for 15 months now. I don't see myself changing to anything else unless they are discontinued and I can't get the coils anymore.
  • I just picked up the same combo after a smashing incident with my iTaste 3 (a hunk of junk, btw). First off, when you take your first hit off this machine, be careful. Factory default is set at 50 watts which will hit you like a bat to the chest. when I got feeling back to my left side of the body, I dropped the power down to 25 watts and this things hits beautifully!

i have the donner tank on mine. this thing is a BEAST!!
  • hey buddy... can you help me? i didnt understand exactly is it the coil to build (RBA) or fix coil in this video??
  • @ownerscloset
im convinced where do i get one, thanks for the great content dj smooth.
  • I got the same setup and damn I am happy with this one finally. 3rd setup since I started and I think I've found the one....

Exact combo I use for my regulated setup, get about 3 days solid vaping. This setup could make any smoker quit in my opinion. The stock coils that come with the mini are great but ive been using the RBA section, simple to build and wick. Peace, enjoy that setup

Kanger recommends a 30A battery. How many amps is the istick?

Just got the iStick 50w today, got the Atlantis with mine, which seems great! Must have a look at the Kanger too.

Great stuff bro! ...ordered one too. Hopefully this will be the end of my carrying around an extra battery and usb cord in my pocket. Yo...Check out the Ego One 1.8 or 2.5 sub ohm tank for it. Perfect size ..its not to tall and puts out tons of vapor. Compliments the 50 well in my opinion.
  • Subbed.. I like your style man.  I got the same setup along with some juice in the mail.  Still gotta week to wait, but its gonna be awesome.
  • @Robbie7441
Again I have the same set up . It's is class . I love it . I still have to try the rebuild but it can only get better.

I have the same setup.  (iStick 50w and Subtank Mini) I find the RDA coil pushes the floating pin in the deck down a bit farther than the OCC coils and the Mini won't screw down flush to the iStick.  Just wondering if you (or anyone else) ran into this issue?  Vapes great, but would like to get this sorted.
  • @revolution606
best combo in the vape i have a 80w and aspire and it sucks but my battery die on the istick 50w only downside
  • Are you doing mouth to lung hit in this vid? I only ask because I like the vapor production but I can't do lung hits.
  • @WesmanY2k
Like your style as well, have a hard time hearing you though.

Hey dude my intention was NOT to insult you but just to know why everybody there does the "whazzup" thing? I apologize if it came over insulting, that was not my intention. I guess here we have a bit of a "thing" with American & all things American just as you probably have an image of us Aussies with Kangaroos in our back yards and "g'day mate" and putting a "shrimp on the barbie". (BTW we don't normally cook shrimp on the BBQ that was a Paul Hogan thing - we do normal stuff like steak, lamb chops and sausages & burgers). So please do not take it personally just that every time I watch a You Tube review it starts with "whazzup" and the reviewer usually taking a huge vape, as if we need to see them vaping? I watch video reviews to get information and straight to the point is best. It would just be refreshing to see a reviewer say "hi" or "how is everybody" instead of coming across like the cliche that we are so familiar with.  Just waiting for the day that a reviewer starts with "hey homey wusshappnin?"
