The true meatriders of metal would argue with each other about any of these bands not being "real" metal.
  • "Bring Me the Horizon used to be a deathcore band" Ok grandpa lets get you to bed

This NEEDS a redo with Dream Theater. If you think Tool meatriders are bad, wait until you stumble upon Dream Theater meatriders.

The lack of ripping on Pantera fans has left me hollow

The TOOL vs Megadeth battle is a tough one, and I do completely agree with the result. But, I am thoroughly disappointed that Megadeth meatridership didn’t have the second-hand bitterness relating to Metallica/Dave history. Megadeth meatriders include a large population of proto-stans a la “Selena Gomez vs Hailey Bieber”- which I do think should have been a factor.

bro this shit had me dying, love the self aware commentary and INSANE accuracy of defining the average meatrider fan. hilarious, gonna cop merch when i have money, love you guys

Calling bands like Slipknot and A7X “old head music” made me realize I am now in fact old and rotting away as we speak.
  • My friend is like an rotc type guy. He doesnt do drugs at all and barely even likes drinking and its not like a straight edge kind of thing its more like a godliness type of thing. It makes me laugh so hard that one of his favorite bands is Tool because everytime he interacts with a fan irl they are the most stoner dmt dude ever. Always makes him rethink if he really likes them or not lol. Great video.

I totally agree with the result (even tho liking most of them lmao). However, it's kinda sad that bands like Burzum, Deftones, Dream Theater, MANOWAR, Pantera and Slayer were not included. Also, if you include hard rock, I think we all know how it would have ended...

The absence of Meshuggah from this bracket is unacceptable.

"You know, Tool are one of the most multi-faceted bands in existence. Do you know that they have a song that uses the Fibonacci sequence as a reference for its time signatures? No? Don't worry, it's some complex stuff, you wouldn't get it."

This one was gold, Jerry. Every take accurate throughout the bracket

As a die hard Tool fan I completely agree we are the hardest meatriders of all time
