"I'm paraphrasing myself because I don't know exactly what I'm saying" has to be that best sentence to ever have been said on a podcast
  • Louis is a connoisseur of the beautifully absurd and Theo is a museum of the beautifully absurd.
  • Theo's super power is being able to create 100 brand new sentences every podcast episode
  • Dude…Louis’ look at 29:51 after Theo thanks him for asking is priceless 🤣
  • @mcminn94
Louis is the only person I've seen catch everything Theo is saying , great chemistry you can tell he really like Theo
  • Louie is the guy that could turn Theo’s life into a hit movie
  • This episode healed some of my father wounds. Such an amazing episode. So authentic. No show. Just two guys having an organic conversation that’s not weird at all. Not trying to outdo each other. Not threatened by one another. Just perfect. Never knew Louis in this way.
  • The respect luis ck gave to theo was unbelievable. You can tell how fascinated he is with theo. You treated him so well. He complimented him, this was an amazing podcast
  • It's rare to see Louis this loose, relaxed, and laughing this much on a podcast. Theo's got that magic touch. Everybody loves Theo.
  • @chrisf247
This might be the best Louis podcast appearance I've seen. Louis and Theo just really get each other and vibe so well.
  • Nothing is better than when a guest comes and totally gets theos vibe.
  • @JOHNTHE8TH1
What Louis said about his dog, wow. You don’t have to do anything for me, you just have to be still and take the affection I’m giving you. It hit me.
  • This is unironically one of the most sincere podcasts of all time
  • Theo's original mind paired with Louis' intellectual curiosity of human nature was the perfect pairing. If this doesn't get millions of views, that would be a shame. (for the people that miss out)
  • @d3kr
I got chills when Louis was talking about how comedy is about things you "shouldn't have said." Absolutely fascinating insight and wisdom.
  • Louis' mom left him the healing gift of compassion. Like on her way out, she left it!
  • @Danimal46
i cant even imagine how theo must have felt having one of the biggest legends of comedy give him such genuine affirmation and admiration towards his career. not only that, being able to have louie be so unguarded through the whole episode. another banger of a podcast.
  • Actually got a picture, autograph and $100 tip from Louie back when I was a mechanic at Sears. He had a blowout on the highway and pulled off to the closest shop. Real cool dude, we kept his privacy by doing business in the back away from the store front, but we chatted the whole time he was there. At the time he was driving a Ford Flex, which had 20 inch wheels so we didn't have a tire in stock. He was about to buy 4 rims and 4 tires if they were in stock, but I ended up putting his spare for him, but he was still super grateful. At the time, I told him I had a fiancée and that we were huge fans; he then took a pic with me, gave me his autograph, and $100 tip. On his way out and after giving me the tip, he told me to buy her something nice, instead I got the photo framed with his autograph and the $100 bill. The autograph said "thanks for almost fixing my fucking car" I was perfectly roasted.

1:27:00 — I can probably speak for a lot of us who have been following Theo for years and the relationship we have with him as fans when I say that Louis paying him such a genuinely high compliment about his comedy and his talent absolutely sent me over the moon. You could honestly argue that that's the highest possible accolade any comedian could ever receive to have one of the greatest comics of all time talk about how you made him laugh so hard and he doesn't even remember the last time someone made him do that. And as he goes on to tell Theo a little later in the episode how he still has so many years of his career ahead of him and will get even better at his craft, it was like Louis almost foreshadowing an eventual passing of the torch. We got to see the actual moment where the f**king GOAT basically told Theo to hold this bitch down when he's gone. And as a long time listener and huge fan of Theo's, that was just one of the greatest moments on this entire podcast. Theo has worked so hard for so many years and considering all the things he's been through and struggles with and yet still manages to be such a good person and always working on himself and trying to improve, it was just so awesome to see him receive such a deserved respect and admiration from an absolute TITAN in the comedy industry. Way to go, Theo. We f**king love you man, praise God baby! 😤
