In such a long game only an hour of joel and most of them are just FLASHBACKSS!!

The fact that the main character of the last game got 1 hour of screen time in a 20+ hour game should have been a red flags to the devs

The reason we felt so betrayed with Joel's outcome was because we spent the WHOLE FIRST GOSHDARN GAME WITH HIM! I remember the ending of the game and tearing through fireflies to save my baby girl! And then he just gets clubbed in the first 2 hours of a 20 hour game! Not to mention he only gets 1 hour if screen time. Plus hes the whole motivation for ellie's quest! Ahhhhhhhh!
