How Fast Can I Get A Shiny In 3 Pokemon Games?

Regarding poison dart frogs you can keep them in groups and they aren't poisonous. They get their poison from what they eat so captive ones are safe. They still aren't good to hold though because they're fragile and their diet is a bit tricky cause they need tiny food but they're not gonna kill ya. Looking into getting a colony in the future myself 🙏

I'm pretty sure, that chaining in Let's go still work. It doesn't work as we all thought initially, but you have do keep the chain running and the next pokemon from this species which appear get boosted odds. At least for me this works fine.

I have 2 questions: 1. in sv does killing 60+ pokemon only affect the shiny rates for outbreaks. or can you kill any 60+ of the same pokemon outside of an outbreak and get the same odds in that area you are hunting? 2. if there was an outbreak of a pokemon that u wanted to hunt, could you go somewhere else and kill 60+ of the same pokemon and then go to the outbreak and get the same shiny odds or does it have to be in the outbreak in order for it to work? also I'm sorry if these might sound like the same questions. but these are 2 that I've been wondering for a while now but I ain't found any info on them.
