To clear up confusion, the title means Lakitu's function to stop you going out of bounds. But "I removed Lakitu's function to stop you going out of bounds" isn't as good of a title. He'll still show up on occasion to tell you to turn around :)

It’s really interesting to see where there’s collision out of bounds in the game. I wonder if some of those areas were originally going to be part of the layouts of the tracks!

3:03 That’s part of a relatively unknown mystery of the track (Swanky Box did a video). There are no doors to this house but an area inside, which suggests a ghostly presence. We don’t know who lives there, and we likely never will.

I literally just got done with playing Mario Kart Wii and I was wondering if Lakitu disappeared. It’s funny to see all these glitches and what you can explore. Also, fun fact!
