This has a lot of potential, you should try making another one with more time, if you build up the scare it gets people more sometimes so why don’t you have the monster stalking them with commands you can make it so when they walk in a certain spot an armor stand teleports slightly making it slide out of view, add this and a couple more tense moments that build up the scare and it would be do much scarier for people!

for the maze, the door is the reason why people can see the exit. If you make a shell around it or block out all the light (maybe with tinted glass?) it won't do that

Definitely deserves more views and likes, but I recommend filling out the empty lore (and force ur friends to read them so they get scared or feel anxiety, and make them do it again, or a new one, anyway, vid's pretty good, keep it up)
