VP Harris also said to Americans, the issue of Ethnic Cleansing or Genocide in Gaza isn't "Binary." What can be more "Binary?" Netanyahu and his rampaging army either have broken the laws of war and or they have not. There is no "nuance" when it comes to death. That is a "binary" question; it is irrelevant as to the nuances of the conflict. The ICJ has already ruled on this matter, multiple times. The issue is black or white, its "binary." So, I don't buy the assertion that this question, of Netanyahu being a War Criminal, is not "binary." The ICJ has ruled that Israel's settlements are illegal. There is no "nuance" there that makes the issue not "binary." Those settlements are either illegal or they are not. The ICJ says they are illegal.
