Bill Russell is definitely a Top-10 Player, if I was to break it down in tiers: Tier 1: Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Kareem Tier 2: Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Tim Duncan Tier 3: Shaq, Hakeem, Larry Legend, Steph, Oscar Robertson, Dirk, Kevin Durant

The average center today is not anywhere close to over 7 ft tall. There isn’t even that many 7 fters in the league today. The tallest average for bigmen was in the 80 90s. Most centers today are averaged between 6 ft 9 and 7 ft. Not much different than back in russels era where the average height was about the same. Guys are actually getting smaller today not bigger. Bill would be average size today for a big. Especially with all the small ball play. He’s about the same height as guys like Dwight Howard, boogie cousins, Clint capella, and bam adebayo.
