Now I don't know about your lawn, but mine... it's always had weeds. Until now that is. Let me introduce to you the Fiskars Xact Weed Puller.

Buy the Fiskars Xact Week Puller:
UK: amzn.to/2LljIqW
USA: amzn.to/35gYDV1

I used to manually dig out weeds on my hands and knees and leave divots and holes all over my garden... but with this thing with it's 4 pointy claws - well, let's see how it works...

First, and this is easy, find a weed. Now pop the claws into the centre and apply some pressure with your foot on the protruding part. At 1.1m tall it's a decent height, it's lightweight and sturdy. To use it you don't have to bend, so anyone with a bad back there should be no worries. Now it's a simple case of edging the tool towards you, and hey, that weed doesn't stand a chance. Ejecting the weed with a pump action motion, is, for obvious reasons, quite satisfying.

Now, does it leave a hole? Well, the answer is yes. But it's not very big... and to be fair, no matter what tool or technique you'd use to remove a weed and it's root, there is always going to be some kind of hole left. I just use my hands to massage the grass back.

So my back garden is now totally free of weeds... but my front garden, that's a different story.

You can use this tool on your lawn or flower beds, but not on a patio, gravel or similar hard surfaces. As long as the claws pentetrate something soft you can insert this thing into smallish gaps.

So this tool is pretty handy and does what it's designed to do. My take-aways are: it's comfortable, strong, and simple to use. You can easily remove a whole bunch of weeds in no time.

So for a weed free lawn, look no further than this handy Fiskars Xact Weed Puller.

I have this product and it works exceptionally well. You have to push it deep into the ground, around the weed. You even get a sense of satisfaction when you pull a weed out and the whole weed comes out!

I loved the sound effects! Brilliant video edition!
  • Just bought one of these, looking forward to seeing how well it works this weekend.

The video demonstration is very good. This weeding gadget is really practical. I bought the same renhotec brand weeding machine not long ago. After using it for a while, it’s not bad. It’s worth trying.
  • Ours just arrived. Can’t wait for this storm to pass so I can give it a try. Maybe the damp lawn will make it even easier.

I bought one and love it… works like a charm and not a back breaker like old short stick ones!

Just bought 1 secondhand from Facebook marketplace £10 instead of £45. OMG it’s amazing!! The roots are so long that it pulls out. Well worth the money even if paying full price!!

Oh, getting this! I see you use both hands to push the weed off the thingy, so I must figure out a way to do it differently, with one hand and holding it between my thighs, maybe... Very informative video, indeed, thank you😍

I have had 2 of these and they both broke...I was not abusing...just pulling weeds from my lawn. No rocks...Works well till it fails!

I have this product and liked it a lot until it broke! I note many others also have found durability to be an issue (see Amazon reviews). I did not abuse the tool but did use it a lot. The puller tends to prematurely fail in two ways: 1. the metal (weed gripping) parts will start regularly jamming due to wear in their housing causing them to slide past, rather than pivot about, each other and so jam, and 2. the sliding plastic part (used to eject the weed) will eventually crack (it is too thin). The latter renders the tool unusable. The other thing to note is that the weeds will soon be back if the entire root is not removed. I found this easier when the ground was wet after rain.

Works great but the slide ejectors breaks after a medium amount of use. Replaced it several times and it happened each times. The tool still works but takes more effort to eject the weed. All the other parts of the tool Are pretty durable.

Weed roots are very resilient!! Even the slightest left over root system will trigger them to grow back and quickly!! I have the 3 prong version of the Fiskars model. Sometimes it works in getting the entire root system and sometimes not!!
