  • I am on the cusp of losing 10lbs. It’s so motivating to see what that looks like visually. Sometimes is hard to see it on your body 😊

    Glad you made it sound simple. Literally saw a video of a guy saying the blue light from your phone prevents you from losing weight 😂

    For some 10lbs isn’t hard to do but for other’s it is. Been going at it for the last 4 month’s everyday. Lost 4 lbs. Thanks for the encouraging pep talk. 😞😔

    went 130lb to 95lb in 6 months (started august). definitely feel a difference. im 4’9 so this is a normal size for me but 130 was not edit: so i found out im 4’11

    So far right now, from March 2023 at 302lbs to May 2023 at 264lbs. Im walking, trying to run or jog occasionally, but im still on the journey to 150 lbs. Keep going everyone!

    Within 4 weeks I lost 14 pounds by going on an extreme diet no soda no candy limited my portions eating alot of sugar free and carb free substitutes like zucchini pizza boats rather than pizza no fruit juice lemonade just water and no sugar ice tea I consume about 900 calories a day it was hard at first but I'm doing this becauseim type 2 diabetes my height is 5"9 and used to weight around 257 pounds then within another week I lost 5 pounds so a total of 19-20 pounds 😀 Old weight- 257 New weight - 238 I'm hoping to lose more weight to keep my a1c levels good
