  • I had a problem with my celadon voyaguer 20"..just arrived from 20 day European trip & got a problem with my tsa lock.. It got broken, emailed level 8, sent photos & want it replaced( I bought 1(20") & 2(28") in celadon.. They first want to send me just a zipper & I will be the one to replace it????? 🙄🙄 ..crazzzzy, right? Then to give me $20 credit... They said it us easy to replace just watch the video... Since there's nothing more I can do, I said give me $100 but unfortunately I ended up accepting the last offer of $60...will not ever recommend anybody to buy Level 8...poor customer service... Should have gotten the Away( I already got their limited edition aluminum carry-on, except there was no sale yet before my trip.... Good luck with your "new level 8"

Yikes, I have 2 checked voyageur coming anyday. I will do a good inspection upon arrival. Thanks
  • Great video, having used both types of luggage, not the same brand. We prefer backpacking due to sidewalks and streets. In the airport the rollors are great. But lets face it that's a very short time in the scope of a month or two trip. So what to do. Down size, I carry a expandable canvas, military, 32 litter and a small 15 litter day pack. Total weight 30 lbs. My wife carries a 25 litter Deuter keeping her weight down to 20lbs. Word of note her Deuter is specialized for smaller framed women and it's top and front loadable and comes with a water proof cover. One day a week is laundry day. Have a great trip.

Great video, quick question off topic. We are currently looking for travel insurance for our four month trip next year. There's a lot of insurances with a ton of fine print inserted. Did you guys make a video on travel insurance? I think we are going to go with World Nomads $2282 Cad. for 4 months its the Explorer plan the top tier - lower tier is $1840 We were thinking of Safety Wing but it doesn't cover cancellation. Cost would of been $1250USD = 1662 Cad but you can't buy it until your out of the country. And it offers a lot less benefits Which insurance do you guys use and how much did your insurance cost you and for how long, and why did you choose it?
  • How has it held up on your international trip. Looking to get the 28inch for our next international trip? We have Ogio now and they are indestructible. Wife just wants something with 360 wheels.
  • @Mommaslew
Curious….if the luggage handle is so wide…how would I slip my backpack on top?
  • @kathieharrop3053
I feel the issue with the voyageur is that the handle is really wide. Not a lot of backpacks or personal items can slide onto the handle to wheel it around if you have long distances to walk. But I love the look of the voyageur.
  • @lorib1925
Can we have a follow up on how the Level 8 luggage held up.
  • Hello. Just wondering if you have used the voyager as a carry on? I saw it is 15” instead of the standard 14” that many airlines allow. Do you have to check it? Thanks and safe travels!
  • @redhatbear1135
As heads up the personnel unloading the luggage carts grab the wheels for handles!
  • @Xia-hu
well you never did an update to this video
