Potholes have become the bane of Memphis drivers, and an ever-present problem the city has tried to tackle.

This city can afford technology to spot potholes? All they have to do is drive the streets. Maybe they should have used that money to actually “Fix the potholes.” They’re more interested in harassing the citizens for grass. What about the grass on the lots owned by the city?

invest in programs and improvements to the city so the kids have something to do
