Michael: I don't want to take the credit, so pretend im not in it. Also Michael: HEE HEE HEE (3:02)
  • Fun Fact: Michael denied his involvement in this song for YEARS since he was at the peak of his career and didn't want to hog all the limelight from Rockwell. That's why he doesn't appear in the music video or have his name mentioned in ANY of the song's titles or credits. He wanted it kept secret so Rockwell's career could take off. This song became a hit of Rockwell's and MJ didn't take a single ounce of credit for it. Absolute respect for MJ

I know Michael has an iconic voice but the main single has a really nice and unique voice too, no one's talking about him lol
  • @QuirkyUwU
We can definitely hear Micheal’s voice, but I respect him for not taking any credit, Rockwells career took of, like it should have.

This is an amazing song for Halloween. Just saying
  • @sonnyblack0870
This song is more relevant in 2020 than it was in the early 80's.

MJ’s voice is so recognizable, it’s funny that he tried to deny his involvement 😂😂 at first I thought it was an MJ song, but I’m glad he gave Rockwell the spotlight as well

    1984: Nah you're paranoid 2020: Yah they're watching you
  • @blackhogarth4049
Oh, Rockwell. Only now in the age of social media do we realize just how right you were.

"This song never gets old. No matter how much I listen, I never get bored."
  • @darrenvarley105
the fact that MJ can sing a random chorus to help out a friend and make it instantly iconic says SO much!
  • @merlmermer2160
No way you can't recognize MJ in the chorus, he has to have one of the most distinguishable voices in music history
  • “When I’m in the shower, I’m afraid to wash my hair, cause I might open my eyes and see someone standing there!” okay this one I legit feel
