This scene was so magical. As someone who suffers badly from stage fright as well, Haileys experiences are relatable on another level. And I really like how Jakes words of encouragement for Hailey aren’t just like “it’s not that big of a deal” because that doesn’t really help. He is patient and helps her by saying he’ll be right by her side and my favorite words from Jake are “If you can’t look at them, look at me”. The song is beautiful as well. This whole song and scene are so incredibly written and realistic!! 🫶🏼💓💓

2:46 is literally one of my favorite moments !! The fact that Jakes eyes are open and remain on Hailey as she closes hers says so much. Jake told her that he'd look out for her and he sure meant it. He's making sure she's doing fine and enjoying the performance while giving Hailey the comfort and stability to lose herself in it. They're so cute bro 😭💖 I love me some good writing and Rosy always, ALWAYS deliver
