Sadly I'm surrounded by co-workers that are very judgmental to our customers. I just look at 'em and say nothing, then I turn to the customer and say something nice. I have no other choice but to be around these co-workers.

Even the ugliest people are beautiful to me, I don't think I've ever seen an "ugly" person, the ugliest people to me are the ones that treat me horribly...
