This beautiful song was featured in the movie "Longtime Companion." Every time I listen to this song, it reminds me of the movie and it makes me feel sad! Fortunately, I personally don't know anyone who died of AIDS, but just to see the devastation it brought to the world in GENERAL, gay or not, is heartbreaking! May they all rest in peace! With love and compassion...❤ ❤❤

Probably the best live rendering of "The Tide Is High", w/ full orchestra, chorus, and fanfare. Deborah was great and commanding. At this point, Blondie was about to explode again...thankfully.
