  • Saw her perform this last month. When she sang "I'm not the kind of girl who gives up just like that", she asked the crowd "are you?". Every time we all chanted back "Oh no-o-o-o-o!". One of the most beautiful moments of my life!
  • Debbie is so pretty 💖 P.S: this comment section is only for people who loves Blondie / Debbie and think she is amazing, beautiful and talented. Anyway, Blondie one of the greatest bands ever.
  • Back in the 70's when Blondie did the cover of The Tide is High from The Paragones, they'd play it on the radio. It's funny cause I remember my mom dancing around to the song. So every time I hear Blondies version it reminds me of my mom. God Bless You Mom!

Living Legend! ❤️ Saw her live last month, still rocking it at 77!
  • I love how the group Blondie can retain their punk roots while venturing into many varying music styles. Apart from their number 1 hits, I find the groups albums to be underrated. I've began diving deeper into the groups discography and Deborah Harry's solo work. Now they inspire me as an artist as much as the Beatles.

This song takes me back to when I was 8 years old in 1980. It reminds me of going to the movies to watch The Empire Strikes Back with my family and playing with my Star Wars vehicles, playsets and action figures. This was all over the radio during that time. Great memories.

Love seeing NY street scenes from the 80s. Had a great time back then.

This was the first Blondie song I ever heard. I was in college, and a fan of mostly classic and hard rock. So when I heard this, I thought "WHAT is THAT??" Needless to say, I became instantly enthralled, and have since loved everything they ever came out with. Timeless, classic, revolutionary stuff!
