Hey, 👏 for you making these videos. It's comforting knowing someone else is struggling too, (I mean that in a good way) and that you're honest about it, I struggle to find people who are willing to be open and honest about depression and aniexty, there's no shame in admitting it. I struggle with both. It would be nice if you could tell us how you get through the tough days, just your coping mechanisms really. Thank you ☺️🙂
