    I did 3x3 at 225 lbs bench press thanks to your shoulder stability exercises. I have not been able to do pain free bench for about a year! I can’t thank you enough Aaron!

    This man right here SAVED my shoulders!! Been doing the banded bench with 12-14kg dumbbell in one hand 8x3 before doing bench and everything just feels amazing now! My bench have gone up and my shoulders feel AMAZING! Plus the deadhangs after each workout is really helping!

  • I've been dealing with it for two years. Same situation. Great mobility. Pain on not so heavy lifts.

    Awesome. My left shoulder always bothers me and I don't even bench. Probably the thousands of dips I did at full depth when I was younger. Uhgg

    I'm going to give the last one a try! The first banded exercise I do almost everyday first thing in the morning as warmup before work
