Let me get this straight - the shooter was on a roof that had a less than 10 degree angle...the Secret Service sniper was on a roof that had more than a 20 degree angle...but Cheatle claims they chose not to put agents on the AGR Intl rooftop because the slope was unsafe?

Secret Service hasn't been the same since it was pushed into the bloated bureaucracy of the DHS. Needs to return to Treasury where its resources aren't siphoned away to other functions.

Dude acts like binoculars and scopes are UAVs and manning all nearby high ground are not a thing. If this was truly a textbook execution of security protocol...that textbook is woefully inadequate and needs a serious rewrite.
