  • I read this in class, unbeknownst that in the near future, I too would love to read and write like this as a poet finally becoming his own. I used to just admire poetry, never thought that I would be its creator. Thank you for the lecture Mr. Cecil, these are always appreciated.

    I wrote about this epic in the 10th grade, my English teacher told me I was too young to write the analysis, but I grew up with existentialists. LoL

  • I always hear this poem is largely about Prufrock's fear of making a marriage proposal, and I guess that sort of makes sense, but still I wonder why everyone feels so certain about that reading?
