This theme is way too epic for battling a literal fucking mouse.
-
Toby Fox 2015: "Wanna see me make the best video game soundtrack of the year?" Toby Fox 2018: "Wanna see me do it again?" Toby Fox 2021: "Wanna see me do it again?"
-
Glad to see rude buster is same as it always was in chapter 2
-
I find it pretty interesting that the battle theme is rude buster, Susie's main attack
-
This song is a bop and if you disagree then you're rude, buster.
-
Is it just me or does this theme fit perfectly over any combat encounter in any RPG?
-
Toby Fox did the impossible: He made a normal battle theme fun to listen to without getting bored of it. Edit: Ok, maybe Last Surprise did it too but you get my point-
-
Doctor : you got exactly 15 minutes left to live Me :
-
Normally fighting enemies that you've already fought in RPG games are a chore and an annoyance but here I'll easily let it slide because of this masterpiece
-
susie used red buster 354 "It's beautiful, it gets me every time."
-
I love how this battle theme, to me, invokes this feeling of a fantasy setting, yet the rock elements I hear inside it ground it in a modern setting. A realm where cars are as common as magic. Swords and guns have a place as a means of self-defense. Enchanted or otherwise. Even some special individuals have many schools of magic at their disposal, or are much more powerful and stronger than the average person. Or even have powers that can be divine or otherwise in origin.

Undertale: im having the Best battle theme Deltarune:are you sure ABOUT that
-
I can't believe the undertale community has a new game to chew on
-
When the Queen tells you to get the Banana
-
WHY IS THIS SUCH A BANGER
-
Yaknow, genocide run sounds pretty appealing with this soundtrack.
-
Ponman is fascinated by your idle animation. A necklace of rudinns attacks! "Put up your dukes, bubbo!" ... good memories
-
Any other enemy when attacked: is in visible pain Meanwhile tasque: squish
-
In Mother 1, enemies fight you at random, like in Undertale. in Earthbound/Mother 2, you can see the enemies and try to avoid them, like Deltarune. Coincidence? I think not. Actually, it probably is a coincidence, Toby just wanted you to see the enemies on the map

No matter how many times I listened to that song, every time it gives me goosebumps when the second part hits
