This hula was choreographed by Tiki Hartman back in the 1950s. It was the first lesson to be taught to beginners at our halau. It is easy to do, and can be learned in about an hour. In 2007 I composed a song called "Let's Hula" which is now the first song that is taught. You should learn that one first if you are seriously wanting to learn hula. But, if you like this one, go for it!

This is version 2 of this song lesson. I had a copyright claim on the earlier post and deleted it. The copyrighted material has been removed, and this video replaces it. Mahalo!
