So either Mathew missed the fact the legs under the house was a Wizard of Oz reference because he somehow has never seen the film: or Phineas and Ferb freaks him out so much he forgets basic pop culture references. I don't know which is sadder.

What I love about phineas and ferb is that (almost) every episode makes sense, and yet even if we gave you context for these out of context scenes, they'd still fit in an out of context video. …on a totally un-related note, they weren't in a giant tangle of yarn at the end, it was liquorice. Also, the cut to Candice saying “Not!” was not an edit.

Perry and doof's relationship works as a twisted therapy Session, where doof channels his past traumas trough inators wich caused perry to be sent to stop him, then he tells about the traumas to perry after catching him in a trap, so he has someone to listen to him so he can unload the emotional baggage and come in peace with his past
