Oh my god. This amazing song combined with this poster is just the most unnerving thing, and I have no idea why. And I love it.

The creep factor of this film is above a 10. The location, sets and atmosphere make you feel abandoned with the characters. I only saw this film once when I rented it from Blockbuster around 13 years ago. Much of the film has still stuck with me. The cover of the movie is isolated and screams nostalgia as well. Even though it is not an official installation into the Halloween franchise, it is still an 8 out of 10 movie on its own. One of the best soundtracks for a film I've ever heard as well.

The small wordless noise drifted silently through the cold stale air. The man, his breath hot and painful ran, his dissonant thoughts racing and his heart slamming into his fear wrecked chest. He felt the hot air blowing upon the sweat coated nape of his exposed neck. The fear drove him on and he ran like a melancholy specter into the speckled and blackening night.
