“only” burn 550, that’s more than enough

If you need to burn 1000 calories a day , cardio is the least of your problems.

Get comfortable with hunger pains. That's how you burn the most.

My rule is: I can watch as much tv/internet content as I want while doing cardio. If I’m not on the bike/treadmill/stair master, then no tv for me.

I swim in the morning and run after work. I burn 1300 calories on average. I freestyle swim for 25mins 400-500 calories I jog for about 3miles, and mix in walking 2miles 500-600 usually takes an hour for me Then I passively burn calories by walking around and ect.

Burning 550 calories is actually very impressive for the average fitness enthusiast

work construction is always an option

People don’t realize you burn almost all of your calories through just existing. Burning an extra 200-300 a day from working out is already a lot in terms of weight loss or deficits.

He's spot on, I hate cardio but my standing desk helps me trick myself into getting it in.

Stairs at level 10, 15 minutes on Level 6 for 1 minute Repeat. You'll be very close to 1000 calories.

Yep, playing video games on a desk bike or desk treadmill for 2-3 hours per day, along with calorie counting is the way (600 calorie deficit). Dropped from 79kg to 61kg within 2 months. And have been steady at 61-63kg for the past 12 months.

Yes, try to find a way to make it fun and find exercising that doesn’t seem like work. Don’t keep looking at the clock and find ways to pass the time. Watch a TV show, create a workout playlist, put on a movie. Those really help pass the time. For me the key was dancing and it worked great for me. 💛
  • brandon: on a date i bring my desk pedles with me pedling under the dining table "'the time goes past way fast"

your body naturally burns a certain amount of calories a day. can be anywhere form 1000-1800 calories. 500-1000 calories is crazy excessive unless your attempting to lose alot of fat.
