I think the main ultimate reason is we're not living in the present and when we start to look back we just feel disappointment. And at the last give up in this whole thing

I've been trying to reduce my addiction. But it ain't working. I was a K-drama addict back in 1st year of college. When I realized, I started to quit. As a result, I started reading fan fictions, then later again became addicted. Then I again quit it. But sad thing is, now once again, I've been watching too much of C-dramas...wtf. I've just realized that I'm only able to replace it, not completely leave it 😭 It affecting me sfm in my studies. Idk what to do anymore! 😭😭
