Hi Asmon. From working in the contact center at a very high level for many years, I can tell you that I've worked with a lot of companies that are kind of similar in terms of warranty, caller volume, and actual receipts. (I set up the entire costumer service system for Igloo Coolers). It's very challenging. The CS to QA feedback system is of crucial importance. Sending back the right data to the right people at the manufacturing/assembly centers is a critical component and it's very difficult to get right. Good luck on your endeavor, just pay attention to that communication chain and you'll do a lot better.

I had never been to your channel, or. Seen any of your videos before, but a couple days after watching Linus’s review of your company’s PC, YouTube suggested your reaction to his review, and I REALLY enjoyed it (you had me on the floor during the “penis rocket” section.)

I share a Minecraft server with my nephews, and one day I decided to make an underwater house using a youtube tutorial. The house has a tube that goes up to the surface and circular walls/windows. I spent several days making it and was really fucking proud of it. Then my nephews log on and I show them my masterpiece, but they just giggled at it. Turns out I had made something that looked more like a giant PP than a house. I know the pain.
