Delicious Gluten Free Brownies from a package!

Egg substitute for brownies, cakes, breads, etc......
Whisk or stir 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of baking powder together to replace each egg in baked goods like cookies, brownies or quick breads.
When you don't have eggs on hand and don't want to run to the store, can't go to the store for some reason, most people have these items on hand.
